Before I became a physiotherapist, I was a basketball player. Unfortunately, I had an injury that stopped me from pursuing my sportsman carrier. After the injury, I spent many days and hours on physiotherapy. The damage was too big, so I knew I won't be able to recover properly as I should if I wanted to go back to basketball. Still, I needed therapy to become better. Over the time, I saw an improvement and I was satisfied with the final result. My injury wasn't interfering with my daily life anymore. Since I hurt my leg, I had troubles with walking and running. Sometimes, on my worse days, I needed help to move. It was painful and agitating. So, I really felt relieved when all of that was gone. I was really thankful to my physiotherapist and that situation inspired me to help others who have been through the same.
